Racers who are not Top 10 earners only need to do 90 instead of 100 races to earn the 1M plus bonuses. I'm also awarding an NT Gold to the top racer who doesn't have NT Gold at the end of the comp and has a joined bonus of 2 or higher. In other words, if you have a joined bonus of 6, you'd get 150,000 (6*25,000) additional bonus for every 100 or 90 races. In addition, a bonus of 25,000 is given for every joined bonus you have as a thanks to those who stick with IBM.
